Architectural Interior Design in SOUTH Orange County
LUXYSPACE is an internationally award-winning architectural interior design studio creating tailored residential and commercial interiors throughout Orange County, Southern California, and select projects beyond.
Led by principal designers Christina Kaz and Lilit Devejian, LUXYSPACE creates refined, highly personalized spaces designed around each client’s lifestyle, vision, and individual way of living.
Every project begins with an in-depth discovery process to understand how clients want their spaces to look, feel, and function. From custom residences and full-scale renovations to select luxury commercial projects, the firm brings together thoughtful space planning, distinctive materials, custom furnishings, and carefully curated details to create interiors that feel elevated, timeless, and entirely personal.
Interior Design for New Construction and Full Renovations
LUXYSPACE partners with homeowners, architects, and builders from the earliest planning stages through final installation. Many of our projects begin with floor plan optimization, refining layout, flow, and sightlines before construction starts, so every room works the way you live. From there we design custom millwork and cabinetry, select materials and finishes, coordinate directly with your contractor, and source furnishings through trade-only showrooms and specialty vendors.
We design kitchens, primary suites, bathrooms, and entire homes for clients throughout South Orange County, including Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Mission Viejo, Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, and Irvine. Our studio is based in Mission Viejo.
